Service Advisor / Service Manager
at Gaynor's Automotive in Vancouver WA

Building lasting relationships is of the utmost importance at Gaynor's Automotive. We recognize that our success depends upon the quality of the experience we provide our clients.
We are looking for a service manger with domestic and import experience with a proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction scores and profitability.
The primary responsibilities of the Service Manager.
1. Have excellent proven sales skills, both via phone and in person.
2. Have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service 100% of the time.
3. Have experience in the Automotive Service Industry.
4. Have excellent communication skills with customers, staff, and vendors.
6. Have good typing skills, computer skills and knowledge of Mitchell on Demand.
7. Possess organizational skills, be a multi tasker and work well under pressure.
8. Be energetic and enthusiastic.
9. Be comfortable and experienced in ordering parts and expediting repair and service flow through the shop.
10. Possess a valid Washington State Drivers License with a good driving record.
